This vibrant event unfolds in the main lobby, gymnasium, and hallways of the school located at 500 N. Warren, Big Rapids. Set-up for the Big Rapids Business & Artisans Fair is from 8 am to 10 am. Vendors, please bring your own tables and chairs. Booths in the gym are 10x10, and in the hallways, they measure 4’ x 12’. Your unique setups will help create an engaging showcase for our community's diverse offerings. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to a successful event.

Sales tax is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Exhibitors should consider carrying their own insurance and exhibits are shown at their own risk. Exhibitor must agree to hold harmless of any and all liability to the Big Rapids School District and the Band of Locals in their entirety, their agents, representatives, or volunteers for all injuries or losses suffered at the Show, or which may arise from traveling to or from and participating in this event by signing the second page of this form.

$50 per space. Spaces will be assigned based on requests, electric and availability. We will do our best to accommodate your requests however final placement is at the discretion of organizers. Register early if you have
special requests – first come, first served on preferences. All booth fees must be included with Registration Form.
